For nearly a decade, they have been an educator in yoga teacher trainings, sound facilitation programs, and integrative wellness spaces—empowering seekers to explore the alchemy of sound, holistic healing, and ceremony.

Guided by over 25 years of practice and teaching, Gia bridges the worlds of yoga, somatic exploration, and spiritual psychology. Her journey began with a deep calling after only her fifth yoga class, leading her into a five-year immersive apprenticeship and hundreds of hours studying directly with her teacher. Through this foundation, she learned the power of devotion, inquiry, and the transformative potential of embodied practice.

✨ Experience & Training
Gia’s learning path spans decades of study in yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and philosophy, including immersive travels to India and Thailand. She holds a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology and is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). She has developed and led numerous teacher trainings, retreats, and wellness programs, sharing her expertise in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Partnered Thai Massage, pranayama, and meditation, while exploring sacred texts like the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and tantric literature. Her teachings honor both tradition and curiosity, guiding students to uncover their own inner wisdom.

Gia has led transformative experiences and trainings across the United States, Central America, Europe, and Asia. As co-founder of Sama Yoga House, she now cultivates a global community of yogis and seekers, supporting the next generation of teachers through immersive retreats and trainings.

Her practice is rooted in vulnerability, joy, and presence, inviting others to explore their own edge with courage and self-love. She shares her life with her mini-Aussie, Ash, in Austin, Texas, and approaches every day as an opportunity to awaken, attune, and activate the deeper layers of human potential.
