I am a certified sound therapist and yoga teacher with years of experience guiding people through breath, movement, touch, and embodied awareness. I have facilitated dozens of retreats, trainings, and transformational spaces, with a special focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ people in reconnecting with the body, softening protective patterns, and cultivating deeper intimacy with themselves.
